Applicants may complete the online form before submitting the required school records. The Registrar reviews each application and may request corrections or additional documents before approval.
New students
Prepare the latest report card, a copy of the birth certificate, recent ID photos, and the documents required for the selected level or program.
Transferees
Prepare the latest report card or transcript, certificate of good moral character, and transfer credentials when applicable.
Returning students
Confirm outstanding requirements and account records with the Registrar before completing enrollment.
